[OOC] Celestials, Devils, and Their Children

I looked back through everything I had written in the introduction, and thought that it might be a good idea to explain the races a bit more, sooo...

Celestials

Celestials are more or less Angels (not that anyone alive in the storyline even knows what an angel is). They are very similar to human, for the most part, but there are some obvious differences. Celestials possess an almost unnatural level of beauty, and they tend to have pale skin and blond or red hair. Physically they are usually taller than humans are, all of them being at least 6' 5", and they are much faster and stronger than human, although you couldn't tell from simply looking at them, as they are a slender race. The most obvious difference is, of course, their bird-like wings. Warrior Celestials have red wings, and all other types have white. All fully grown Celestials have a wingspan of at least 14 feet. Their wings can also be used to determine a Celestial's position withing their society, as they seem to gain additional sets of wings the more powerful they become. The number of wings range from two to six, with Aion being depicted as having eight. *Note* A Celestial wings, which seem soft and easily destroyed, are used as much as a defense mechanism as they are for flight.
Celestials are born with magical power, and are able to use fire, lightning, or light based spells.
Celestials seem to be calm and forgiving beings, but are very self-righteous and have an intense hatred of anyone or anything they believe to be evil or anyone who breaks the law. They will become creatures of wrath if angered.

Nephilim

Nephilim are are exactly what you'd expect from beings who are half Celestial/Angel. They are humanoid, and very beautiful, usually with light colored hair and blue or green eyes. Though not as tall, as strong, or as fast as their non-human parents (usually), they easily outclass humans in every aspect.

Like Celestials, all Nephilim possess magical power, although it doesn't manifest until they reach puberty. Another difference between Nephilim and Celestials is that not all Nephilim possess wings, and even the ones who do can't have more than two.

Nephilim were appointed as the rulers of normal men after the Collapse, and each city is governed by one.
It's not spoken of, but many Nephilim are highly conflicted beings, who feel the pull of their human and Celestial halves equally. They often seem to be moody as a result.

*will finish soon*
